Garlic Pepper Shrimp Scampi on the grill
Ingredients
- 2 lbs of 6-8 Colossal Shrimp
- 2 sticks of butter
- 1/2 cup of fresh chopped parsley
- 1 Cup of dried garlic flakes or 1/2 of fresh minced garlic
- Chilau Garlic Pepper
Preparation
- Seasoning Shrimp on both sides with Chilau Garlic Pepper
- Pre-heat grill (in oven convection roast at 375)
- Place cast iron pan on grill to preheat
- Add sticks of butter, garlic, parsley and stir
- Add Shrimp and cook covered for 3 minutes on each side (or until pink)
- Remove shrimp and place in a dish
- Pour remaining butter and garlic over shrimp
