Shipping Policy
We do not ship to PO boxes. Orders placed with PO box shipping addresses will be held in our queue until a physical address is obtained.
All orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours and transit times range from 3 to 7 business days to arrive. During Holiday and peak seasons it can take up to 3 weeks for packages to arrive. For pre-orders or out of stock items, orders will remain in our queue and shipped once all items on the order are in stock.
Broken Bottle Policy: Though it's rare, on occasion a bottle can get broken in transit. Shipping carriers aren't always as careful as you and I. If this happens please don't worry, We will always replace it quickly.
- Simply snap a photo of the broken bottle(s)
- Email it info@chilaufoods.com (no text, email only)
- We ship you a replacement ASAP.
Lost In Transit or Stolen Package Policy: It happens. However we always take care of family. Once we verify the package is lost or stolen we will file a claim and get a replacement sent out for you. This process can take 2 to 3 business days to complete. If we can't verify the package was lost or stolen we cannot send replacements or process refunds.
- Visit the carrier's website or local office to file a lost / stolen claim
- Email a copy of the claim to info@chilaufoods.com
- We ship you a replacement ASAP.
