Crab Bisque
with Fritters

Ingredients
- 1 Cup Flour
- 1/2 Cup Milk
- 1 Large Egg
- 1/4 Cup Chilau Flavor Base
- 1/2 Tsp salt
- 1 Tsp Chilau Original Seasoning
PREPARATION
Fritters- Combine all ingredients until smooth.
- Add protein of choice, in this case, crab meat (8oz)
- Gently fold into batter Gently drop in 365-degree oil and fry until golden brown
- Melt 1/2 stick of butter over medium-high heat and add flour
- Stir until smooth and frothy
- Add onions and cook until they begin to run clear
- Add liquids (Chilau, Stock, Cream, and Lemon Juice)
- Stir to combine, taste, and adjust salt to your preference if needed
- Add crab clusters to the pot and simmer for 10min
- Remove Clusters from the pot and set them aside for later use
- Add Crab Lumb Crab meat and simmer for 10min.
