- 1/2 Cup Chilau Sauce
- 1/2 Cup Chicken Stock
- 1/2 Cup Cream
- 1/2 cup Green Bell Pepper
- 1/2 cup Red Bell Pepper
- 1/2 cup Onion
- 1 Cup shredded cheese (4 cheese blend)
- 1/4 cup sun dried tomatoes in oil
- 1 Box Bow Tie Pasta (12 oz)
- 1 lb Smoked Sausage
- 1 lb boneless chicken thighs
- 1 TBSP Lemon Juice
- Chilau Original Seasoning
- Chilau Garlic Pepper Seasoning

- 8 quart dutch oven (Need one? Click here)
Preparation
- Add a little oil to pot and add chopped chicken and season with dry spice as the chicken cooks
- Add sausage and continue to cook until chicken is done and sausage is crispy
- Remove meat from pot then add veggies, sun dried tomatoes, butter and sauté until tender
- Add liquids and stir
- Add cheese and stir until melted
- Add meat back to the pot and stir to coat
- Add cooked Bow Tie pasta and stir to coat
- Top with parsley flakes and serve
