This recipe adds a new twist on the traditional Tampa style Crab Chilau with the addition of Dungeness Crab. It's a little less sweet compared to blue crabs but the amount of meat surely makes up for it!

- 2 Cups Chilau Sauce (1 Bottle)
- 4 Cups Crushed Tomatoes
- 2 Tsp Sugar
- 1 Tsp Lemon Juice
- 1 lb chopped Smoked Sausage (optional)
- 1 Cup Chopped Onions
- 1 Cup Chopped Bell Pepper
- 4 Ears of corn chopped
- 1 lb Shrimp4 to 6 Dungeness Crab Clusters
Preparation
- Add butter to pot and Sauté sausage until crispy, the add peppers and onions
- Add liquids and bring to boil Add Corn and simmer until corn is tender
- Taste and adjust salt and sugar to taste
- ***Add Pepper Sauce if you want it spicier***
- Add crab and simmer 10 minutes
- Add Shrimp and simmer additional 5 minutes then remove from heat or place burner on warm.
- Serve over Spaghetti with a side of crusty Cuban/Garlic Bread (your choice)
